Metro Manila Bike Lanes

Since the lockdown last March 2020, more and more bike lanes are installed in Metro Manila and that is good news not just for cyclists.

As we see more bike lanes, cycling becomes more inviting either as leisure activity or for commuting.

More visible bike lanes somehow portray that it is now safer to ride a bike in the metro which will then pave the way to make cycling as a go-to option for urban transport which definitely supports sustainable transportation.

Attempture Turns One

One year ago (25 March 2020), I posted my very first ever Attempture blog post. And it marked my rekindled relationship with blogging. It started off with the huge change that happened in our lives…the COVIC-19 pandemic…which eventually led me to work from home for the first time and that became the topic of my very first blog entry here. A year later, I was able to publish 17 posts (not including this one). Yay! Good progress because I expected I can only publish five and like 30 in the drafts section. Haha.

The Stock Market Is Complicated

Complicated. Complex. And overwhelming.

Yes.

It is. It really is.

Especially at first glance. Or at the time when you first heard about it.

But know that everything can be learned.

Warning: Too long but please read. ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿคช

The First Step to Financial Freedom

When I just graduated college (2014), I often stumbled into these words: financial freedom – and truth be told I only get what it really means this 2021.

I love this Kdrama! ๐Ÿงก

I know you love it too if you have watched it already, but if you haven’t yet, fret not, I try not to spoil much. As always, I try to provide reviews about the things in the drama that (I think) spark little to zero attention to most viewers.

Okay. Let’s start!

As a Sports Fan

As I am writing this, I just finished watching The Final Shot on Netflix. Few hours before, I found myself watching the last episode of The Last Dance. Yep, fully aware that I am way too late but I say it’s just the perfect timing. MJ is TP’s idol and I just loved how my Sunday was spent watching documentaries of these basketball greats on the same day in the order of MJ first, TP next. I don’t know about you but I am amazed. And honestly, I can do this all day. Yes, watching sports documentaries.

To be Honest

A life update.

To be honest, there are still a lot of entries in the drafts waiting to be finished, but here I am penning a new one. I thought my next blog entry would be about financial tips or another book I finished to read or another Kdrama I binge watched.

But I guess life’s full of surprises.

Doing Financial Transactions Online

Welcome to my first financial blog and the first installment of the #ANGdulting blog series.

One of the things I am grateful for having the privilege of working from home during this quarantine period (NCR is in General Community Quarantine or GCQ as of this writing) is that it has allowed me to have quality face-to-face conversations with my loved ones most especially with my younger cousin (a college student) during our meals together in this latter part of community quarantine. In the previous normal, we rarely eat together. And since my auntie has started to report for work last month, she decided to just stay at her office for the meantime leaving me and my cousin to live together & manage the household all by ourselves without an older adult supervision for the first time in our lives (sorry ๐Ÿคช), but challenge accepted. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
