Waiting

The past year was grueling.

I had to endure a series of disappointments, detours and delays.

But happy to report that the wait is finally over.

It was a looong season of waiting.

Waiting for a job contract.

Waiting for my work visa to get approved.

Waiting for my Overseas Employment Certificate.

Waiting for my boyfriend to pop the question. HAHA.

Anyway, I just arrived in HK for my new adventure in life. And few weeks back, I got engaged. All happening on my birth month. Indeed, what a time to be alive.

I have been praying for these to happen when I turn 30.

Yesterday, I turned 30.

Life is good. God is good.

But what’s good in LDR?

When I shared this new endeavor to friends, I always got this question: “Paano si boyfriend?”

This move to HK is for me, my now fiancé, and our future.

I don’t know what will my life be like in the next year or two but the motivation of this is to have a better life ahead.

To be honest, personally, this move will tick a lot of my personal, professional and relationship goals. And I have been praying hard for all these to happen. Ika nga, nothing worth having comes easy – so may mga sacrifices talaga. But with God’s help, I am sure I will be fine. And this has always been the case. God never leaves. He’s always there.

With that, the life of a just engaged OFW engineer has officially started. The stars have finally aligned. ⭐️

And as one waiting season ends, another one opens.

I AM EXCITED!

And I can’t wait.

Can’t wait to get married.

Cant wait to study again.

Can’t wait to get chartered.

I will be working on this in the next few years!

Putting this one here because I believe that manifestation is real. ✨

Trabaho muna ako.

Tinud-anay na gyud ni. Totoo na talaga ‘to.

Ciao 20s. Hello 30s.

💪🏼
